🔄 Exchange Rules (Size Only)

AJIO has stricter exchange policies compared to competitors:

Size exchange ONLY: You can only exchange a product for a different size of the exact same product (same SKU).
No Style Exchange: You cannot swap your purchase for a different color, style, or brand.
No Simultaneous Exchange: AJIO operates a two-step exchange process. They will first pick up your item, bring it back to the warehouse for verification, and only then dispatch the new size.
Turnaround Time: Due to the two-step process, an exchange can take anywhere from 7-12 business days to complete.

Doorstep: Delivery agent checks external packaging and tags. This does not guarantee your refund.
Warehouse: The binding final inspection. Checks for barcode match, scent (perfumes), and signs of wear.
If it fails warehouse QC, the item is shipped back to you and the refund is denied.

Self-Ship Policy

Free reverse pickup is only available in serviceable pincodes.
If you self-ship, you bear the transit risk.
